We’re thrilled to announce the much-anticipated annual Dinner at Drip returns on February 5 & 6, 2025, at @dripcafede in Hockessin, DE.

Guests will enjoy:
• A carefully curated 4-course dinner paired with hand-selected wines
• A warm and inviting evening with friends, food, and philanthropy
• The opportunity to support Lori’s Hands, a nonprofit dedicated to fostering connections between college students and community members managing chronic illnesses

Tickets are $100 per person, which includes dinner, wine pairings, gratuity, and a donation to Lori’s Hands. Spaces are limited to 40 guests per night, and this event sells out quickly.

Exciting news from our Baltimore Chapter! Last month, Chapter Manager, Maddie, and Executive Director, Zach, attended the 2024 Business Volunteers Maryland GIVE Graduation, celebrating our amazing GIVE Fellows—Beth, Jerome, Jessica, Kendal, and Tonya.

Our team won the Audience Favorite award, and Lori's Hands was awarded a $2,500 donation.

We’re inspired by our fellow's passion and grateful for their contributions to our work in Baltimore! Also, we're grateful for Business Volunteers Maryland and are honored to have been included in their 2024 program.

Students from Western Michigan University’s ENGL

Students from Western Michigan University’s ENGL 4970 - Grant Writing course visited Lori’s Hands at the Ypsilanti Senior Center for an immersive day of learning. They connected with older adults through interviews and a group collage, gaining insights to write grants for our Metro Detroit programming!

Thank you to the partners of Exhale – The Family

Thank you to the partners of Exhale – The Family Caregiver Initiative! Lori's Hands is excited to partner with Gilda’s Club Metro Detroit to launch an innovative caregiver respite program to support caregivers of older adults with cancer in Wayne County, MI. Lori’s Hands is one of 50 organizations in Southeast Michigan that has developed a unique program to increase access to respite services and enhance families’ well-being. We are proud to support our Metro Detroit region’s caregivers.
