Lori’s Hands, Inc. is looking for a dynamic Chapter Manager who will be responsible for spearheading the launch of Lori’s Hands in Baltimore, based on the established model already operational in Newark, DE. The Chapter Manager will be an effective communicator who will strengthen and develop partnerships in Baltimore within the academic, healthcare, and social services communities to establish consistent client and volunteer recruitment channels. The Chapter Manager will be an independent self-starter who will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the Chapter in Baltimore, including new student training and on-boarding, client enrollment and ongoing assessment of needs, and ensuring quality programming for both groups. The Chapter Manager will also strategically identify potential local funding sources to continue to sustain the program into the future, in partnership with colleagues and the Lori’s Hands, Inc. Board of Directors. This role will report directly to the Lori’s Hands, Inc. Program Director, based in Newark, DE.
